Application Templates

Please fill out either the student or the teacher's application and create a new topic with the title as the full name of your character. Your application will then be reviewed by an admin. If you post an incomplete application, you will have three days to finish it before it is deleted. The admins will not accept applications with bits missing.

Student Application:

[b]Chosen Instrument:[/b] (Maximum of one to focus on, but your character may be capable with as many as you wish)
[b]Total Musical Capabilites:[/b] (All the instruments that your character can play and how well. Eg: Guitar- Strong, Bass- Medium, Drums- Weak)
[b]Chosen Classes:[/b] (As many as you feel you can handle)

[b]Dorms or Apartment?:[/b]

[b]Email?:[/b] (If yes, please put your character's email address)
[b]MSN or AIM?:[/b] (If yes, please put your character's address/screen name)
[b]Skype?:[/b] (If yes, pleas put your character's screen name)
[b]School Chat Room?:[/b] (If yes, please put your character's screen name)
[b]MySpace?:[/b] (If yes, please put your character's username)
